The founder and Principal of Zing LLC, Rick Herrmann, is a longtime Lisle resident, and has been in the independent technology services business for over 5 years. Prior to founding Zing, Mr. Herrmann worked in a variety of technical corporate positions, designing and supporting telephony, IT and data systems for large service providers. Since leaving the corporate life, he has focused on serving those that need IT most - the residential and Small Office/Home Office business that have no dedicated IT support staff, and who may have little or no expertise with technical hardware and software issues. In November, 2009, Zing opened a walk-in facility at 4734 Main Street in Lisle, in order to serve our customers better.
